Our Standard Agreement

Usage Rules: ACRU is a tool for personal budgeting and cashflow command.

No Financial Advice: We provide software tools, not certified financial planning advice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in, or accessing the ACRU (Asset Cash Resource Utility) web or mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. User Accounts & Security

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the service (managed via Supabase Auth) and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Service Usage & bank Integration

ACRU integrates with Plaid API for bank data synchronization and Stripe API for premium billing.

Plaid Feeds: By connecting your financial accounts, you grant Plaid the necessary permissions to access and retrieve your transaction history. You agree to Plaid's end-user privacy policies.
Stripe Billing: Premium features are billed on a subscription basis. You authorize Stripe to process payment for chosen billing cycles.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

ACRU is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of financial data synced from third-party APIs. Any metrics (Safe-To-Spend, savings rates) are calculated for user convenience and do not constitute certified professional financial advice.
